The Mandates
Founders state a need in structured terms. Here investors do the same — sector, stage, cheque, geography, and the refusals that save everyone a meeting. A mandate marked sworn belongs to someone whose deployed capital was confirmed by a verified founder on the receiving cap table. One marked declared has not been.
No mandates are open. The registry publishes none it has not been given — an empty book is an honest one.
There are no introductions for sale
Not by writing to it. You raise a need for capital on your own desk, stating sector, stage and region; the registry routes it to the mandates it actually fits, and the investor decides whether to open the letter. Both sides must consent before either sees the other’s contact. ENORKOS never charges for that, and never sells a place in the queue.
Writing a mandate
If you deploy capital, say so in terms a founder can act on. A mandate takes five minutes, publishes with or without your name, and puts you in the routing for needs that fit it. Deployed capital is verified against the founders you funded — until then your mandate publishes as declared, and says so.
The registry publishes the terms an investor states, and the standing it can prove — never a valuation of either. Sworn means deployed capital confirmed by a founder who received it.
