The 2024–27 policy commits the government to “a real-time ecosystem dashboard for stakeholders” with quarterly KPIs — startups funded, jobs, mentorship. ENORKOS is that dashboard, already built, already verifying: 1771 companies sworn against the corporate registry on the public census and counting.

Founding-partner terms stand for the first three institutions of the valley: your first cohort enrolled and concierge-onboarded without charge, priced from ₹15,000/month per program thereafter. Government and policy-body terms by agreement.
