ENORKOS

Terms of the oath

The rules of the registry.

EFFECTIVE 13 JULY 2026 · OPERATED FROM INDIA

01The oath is literal

By submitting a claim for verification you affirm it is true. A fabricated claim — a borrowed CIN, a fictitious investment, an invented advisory — is grounds for immediate and permanent removal, recorded in the ledger. The registry exists because words are cheap; do not bring cheap words here.

02What verification means — and does not

A VERIFIED stamp means the stated fact matched an official registry or was confirmed by a verified peer at the time shown. It is not an endorsement, not investment advice, and not a guarantee of conduct or outcome. Introductions are made in good faith; diligence remains yours.

03Attestations bind your name

A vouch or peer confirmation places your name behind another’s record. Confirm only what you know first-hand. Attestations found to be false damage the standing of the giver as well as the receiver.

04Conduct

Needs and introductions are for genuine ecosystem work — building, funding, hiring, advising. Solicitation, spam, harassment, or use of member data for unrelated marketing ends the membership. Invitations are rationed by design; spend them honestly.

05Fees

Membership and verification are free for founders and stay that way. Institutional dashboards are paid services under separate agreement. We may introduce paid access for investors; existing verified standing is never revoked for non-payment.

06The registry's word

We may amend these terms with notice on this page. Disputes fall under the courts of Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir, India. Questions to entry@enorkos.com.
